Jessica Wambold-Ernst,LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor/psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with humans of all ages in group and individual settings. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Antioch University, Seattle in Clinical psychology in 2010 and received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in psychology from Western Washington University in 2006. Jessica is a certified child mental health specialist. She has worked with adults, youth and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has facilitated many groups including psychoeducation, loss and grief and nature based groups for adults. She specializes in working with youth (age 10 +) and adults regarding traumatic bereavement, trauma, anxiety, ADHD and depression. She has a family systems, person centered and emotionally focused way of looking at things but utilizes many modalities including multiple evidence based practices. Jessica infuses compassion,nature and energy psychology into her practice. She encourages clients to trust their intuition and helps guide them to find their true authentic self while embracing self care.
