Ashley Lucas, LMFT

Ashley specializes in adolescents, teens, and adults with trauma, anxiety, and gender/identity-related struggles.

Ashley loves working with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples presenting with diverse challenges in life. She recognizes that daily struggles often start to feel like battles, and her goal in her sessions is to foster a space for clients where they can let down their armor, study it, polish it, and feel more at peace beneath it. Ashley values holding clients accountable without judging them and challenging clients without belittling them. She loves working with clients who will come as they are, who will voice opinions, and enjoy collaborating! Her promise to her clients is to be empathetic, compassionate, and flexible, as well as tailoring the sessions to suit the individual.

Ashley holds an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a BS in Rehabilitation and Counseling Education. Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been practicing as a clinician in Washington since 2018.

Ashley has been additionally trained in couple’s counseling techniques, trauma-informed therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and supporting neurodivergent youth. Ashley specializes in adolescents, teens, and adults with trauma, anxiety, and gender/identity-related struggles, but has worked with a wide variety of clients from a multitude of backgrounds.

Sessions and COVID-19:
Due to the current world circumstances, Ashley is holding most of her sessions via telehealth (online video chat). If you feel an in-person session is more suitable for your needs, she is open to discussing further options at our Silverdale office.
